These terms apply when you access or use STOKEUP. The service helps people discover others and make plans around activities; STOKEUP does not supervise members or guarantee that a person, plan, location, or activity is safe or suitable for you.

Who may use STOKEUP

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. Keep your account information accurate, protect your sign-in, and do not let another person use your account.

Community conduct

Be honest about who you are, respect consent and personal boundaries, and follow applicable laws. Harassment, threats, discrimination, impersonation, scams, spam, sexual exploitation, and dangerous or illegal conduct are not permitted.

Activities and safety

You are responsible for deciding whether to meet, choosing appropriate equipment and conditions, and understanding the risks of an activity. Meet in public first, share plans carefully, and contact local emergency services if anyone is in immediate danger. Review our Safety guidance before meeting.

Content and enforcement

You keep ownership of content you submit and give STOKEUP permission to host and display it as needed to operate the service. We may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or ban members when necessary to protect the community, comply with law, or enforce these terms.

Memberships

If paid memberships are enabled, the price, renewal terms, included features, and cancellation method will be shown before purchase. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by STOKEUP.

Service availability

STOKEUP may change, pause, or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, specific matches, or particular results.
